Holiday Menus 2020

Holiday Parties at Fairway Cafe & Venue offer private event space and parking. The Venue will be decorated for the season. We include all set up, clean up, buffet service ware and dinner wares. Appetizers can be added to menus and we have a full bar available. We are following all COVID19 safety guidelines and protocol. We screen our staff before each shift and will wear masks and gloves. Staff will serve the buffet to your guests and appetizers are served family style on each table to minimize contact.

Buffet Menu #1:

  • Fresh Garden Salad with Ranch & Italian Vinaigrette
  • Dinner Rolls with Butter
  • Herb Roasted Chicken Quarters or Sub Turkey & Gravy or Glazed Ham. (Add 1.00)
  • Local Sweet Potato Mash Regular Mash, Seasonal Savory Mash or Sub Sweet Potato Casserole (Add 1.00)
  • Fresh Green Beans with Toasted Almonds or Sub Southern Green Bean Casserole (add 1.50)

Price Per Head = $16.95 – $20.45 plus 20% Service Charge, 7% Catering Fee, Linen Fee, & NC Sales Tax


Buffet Menu # 2:

  • Caesar Salad
  • Dinner Rolls with Garlic Herb Butter
  • Chicken Parmesan or Chicken Piccata over Pasta
  • Lasagna Marinara (Meat Lasagna Available add $1.00)
  • Sugar Snap Peas & Mushrooms
  • Brownies with Crushed Peppermint

Price Per Head = $19.95 plus 20% Service Charge, 7% Catering Fee, Linen Fee, & NC Sales Tax

  • Spinach Salad with Bacon, Blue Cheese, Red Onion, Tomato, & Candied Pecans with Sweet Basil Vinaigrette
  • Dinner Rolls with Butter
  • Turkey & Gravy with Turkey Dressing
  • Southern Style Green Bean Casserole
  • Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Ham Glaze
  • Garlic Roasted Red Jacket Potatoes or Garlic Mash/ Seasonal Savory Mash (Carrot & Parsnip)
  • Custom Cheesecake (choice of flavors: Rolo, Oreo, Pumpkin, Triple Chocolate, Reece’s, or Raspberry)

  • Prime Rib with Au Jus & Horseradish Cream Sauce
  • Salmon with Lemon Beurre Blanc or Cajun Shrimp & Grits with Andouille Sausage
  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • Fresh Green Beans with Toasted Almonds
  • Custom Cheesecake (choice of flavors: Rolo, Oreo, Pumpkin, Triple Chocolate, Reece’s, or Raspberry)

Price Per Head = $39.95 plus 20% Service Charge, 7% Catering Fee, Linen Fee, & NC Sales Tax for parties of 30 or more.

*** Linen Fee is $85.00 for parties under 40 people and $150.00 for parties over 40 people***
